Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include:

Re-performing the service (if applicable)

Offering a partial refund

Issuing a service credit for future use
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Overpayment due to billing error

Service not rendered (e.g., job was canceled by JTBXpress LLC due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or scheduling conflicts and no reschedule was made)

Unsatisfactory service, provided there is valid documentation and the issue is reported within 24 hours
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services completed to scope and agreed terms

Dump/disposal fees that have already been incurred

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service (subject to cancellation fee)
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or refusal of service on arrival may be billed at 50% of the quoted amount.

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. If you paid in cash, a company check will be issued.
