These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all services provided by JTBXpress LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving a quote, scheduling services, signing a service agreement, or allowing work to begin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

​We provide junk removal, hauling, and related services, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Residential junk removal

• Commercial cleanouts

• Appliance and furniture removal

• Yard debris and construction debris removal

• Facility cleanouts

• Site-to-site hauling and item relocation

• Delivery and transport of landscaping or construction materials, equipment, motorcycles, and similar items

Service availability may vary by location, scope, access, and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are non-binding and based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, type of materials, labor required, access conditions, disposal requirements, or unforeseen site conditions.

Additional charges may apply for heavy items, special handling, restricted access, extended labor time, hazardous materials, or changes in scope.

Dump, recycling, or disposal fees may be included in the quote or itemized separately, depending on the job.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of work.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle, and ACH transfer.

For jobs estimated over $5,000, the Company may require a deposit of up to 30% prior to scheduling or commencement of services. Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled.

Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms may be offered at the Company’s sole discretion and must be approved in writing prior to service. Failure to pay within approved terms constitutes default.

Late Fees and Returned Payments

Any unpaid balance is subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount permitted by Georgia law, whichever is less.

Returned, declined, or reversed payments (including checks, ACH transfers, or card transactions) will incur a $50 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee per occurrence, in addition to any applicable late fees.

Credit Card Authorization

By providing a credit or debit card, the customer authorizes JTBXpress LLC to charge the card on file for:

• Approved services

• Additional or revised scope of work

• Change orders

• Late fees

• NSF fees

• Any unpaid balances

This authorization remains in effect until all balances are paid in full.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered and approved.

Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the charges.

In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, the customer remains fully responsible for the outstanding balance and all associated chargeback fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses.

Withholding of Property and Services

The Company reserves the right to withhold unloading, disposal, transport, delivery, or release of any items until payment is received in full.

Any unpaid or abandoned items may be handled in accordance with applicable Georgia law.

Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments may be booked by phone, website, or email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed or no-show appointments may also be subject to a fee to cover labor, scheduling, and administrative costs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe, lawful, and unobstructed access to the service location

• Clearly identify all items to be removed or transported

• Disclose any hazardous, restricted, or prohibited materials

• Not request removal of illegal or hazardous materials

• Ensure payment for services rendered at or before completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The job poses a health or safety risk

• Hazardous or prohibited materials are present

• There is evidence of illegal activity

• The customer is uncooperative, abusive, or unsafe

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Damage to items designated for removal

• Damage caused by undisclosed hazardous or delicate items

• Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, equipment issues, or access restrictions

While reasonable care is taken, we are not liable for incidental damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, or surfaces resulting from the normal operation of heavy vehicles or equipment, except in cases of gross negligence.

Collections and Legal Remedies

If payment is not made when due, the Company may pursue all lawful remedies, including internal collection efforts, third-party collections, or legal action.

The customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including administrative fees, court costs, filing fees, and reasonable attorney’s fees, as permitted under O.C.G.A. § 13-1-11 and other applicable Georgia statutes.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JTBXpress LLC and protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with site functionality

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms or services provided shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Georgia, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
